Our management team has many years of experience, having held senior positions in engineering and project management, in the food industry. We can offer project support for new buildings, extensions, refurbishments, alteration works and equipment related projects. We have successfully completed many projects for our clients, utilising our own experienced in-house teams, as well as calling on our trusted network of associates when required.

We understand the importance of minimising disruption and maintaining production and will work closely with you to plan and achieve this.

The following are some examples of projects that have been successfully managed- on time and on-budget.

  • Ready Meals  – Management of a factory extension and alterations, including the specification and installation of additional equipment to facilitate a new product launch. Equipment included automatic sauce cook/ cool equipment, in-line chill equipment, and automated conveyor systems. Project value £2.6M
  • Bakery – Assessment of manufacturing equipment condition and implementation of maintenance and corrective plans. Required in order to achieve improved reliability levels.
  • Chilled Products – Management of the design and extensive refurbishment to an existing chilled manufacturing facility in order to meet new customer technical requirements and increased  volume. This included utility upgrades and the specification and installation of M&E services, fire detection, refrigeration and air conditioning.  Project value £1.6M.
  • Ready Meals  – Specification and Installation of an automated system to increase product capacity. Equipment included conveyor systems, in-line cooling, and alterations to the existing packing department. Project value £1.4M.
  • Meat (Frozen) – Management of a factory upgrade to achieve additional capacity. This involved building alterations, the specification, procurement and installation of equipment, including automated weighing and packaging equipment. Project value £2.1M
